If you’re in Seoul to shop, be sure to check out the Seoul Summer Sale while it’s still going on! The 70-day event began in May, and offers foreigners discounts at a variety of duty free shops, cosmetics stores, theaters, department stores, along with other shops and services.
Businesses participating in the 2017 Seoul Summer Sale include the Lotte department store, The Face Shop, Etude House, Dolce and Gabbana, Olive Young, Tony Moly, Lotte World, the Seoul Grevin Museum, and the Trick Eye Museum.
Only foreigners are eligible for Seoul Summer Sale cards, and they must present it to participating businesses in order to take advantage of discounts.
This year’s Seoul Summer Sale will be running until the end of this month, on July 31st.
Sales run all throughout the city, so it is good to check the website for details in advance.
